Chmiel Global Advisory combines a team of experts in rapidly growing, disruptive online businesses. Its members operate on a global scale in strategy, innovative technologies and corporate finance leading so far more than 40 acquisitions and been taken over 7 times. Its members were instrumental in creating a number of centaurs and unicorns and are known to significantly grown shareholder value. Combined the team raised more the US$ 500 million so far on the capital markets.

Chmiel Global Advisory was co-founded by Georg Chmiel and Amy Rashina.
Previous roles and achievements
Georg was previously Executive Chair of iCarAsia (ASX:ICQ), the number 1 online automotive marketplace for ASEAN until its acquisition by CARSOME. He was also MD & CEO of the iProperty Group (ASX:IPP) until its sale to REA Group in the biggest online takeover in ASEAN at that point in time. He was non-executive Director of Mitula Group (ASX:MUA) and Proptech Group (ASX:PTG) and MD & CEO of LJ Hooker Group with 700 real estate offices across ten countries. Georg also held the position of Group CFO & Acting CEO at REA Group (ASX:REA), an Australian based decacorn. Georg also worked for KPMG, Deutsche Bank and McKinsey&Company.
Amy has worked for more than 10 years in the Malaysian fintech and proptech space, focused on organising events, corporate marketing, business growth and partnerships with companies like Prudential Assurance Berhad, Juwai-IQI Holdings and catTHIS.
Amy has built significant experience and connections across all functions of small and medium sized businesses (SME) in ASEAN especially entrepreneur driven businesses. She enjoys helping others by bringing them together to reach critical creative mass and initiative sharing of experience and stories with her background in handling companies human resources and dealing with C-Level executives.
Current roles
Georg is the Co-Founder & Chair of Juwai-IQI, the largest proptech group in ASEAN with more than 45,000 realestate agents across 30 countries powered by a SuperApp. He is also Chair of Spacetalk (ASX:SPA), a leading wearables safetytech group, and Centrepoint Alliance (ASX:CAF), one of Australia’s leading wealth management networks and platforms with more than A$67billion FUA (funds administered). Georg is also Director of Xamble Group (ASX:XGL), the leading influencer marketing platform in ASEAN, and Kinatico (ASX:KYP), a workplace safety technology group. He is Senior Advisor of brioHR.com, one of ASEAN’s fasted growing HR platforms, and madeComfy.com, Goflex Events and modelmanagement.com.
Georg is a regular guest lecturer on disruptive technologies, AI and big data and entrepreneurship at the University of St. Gallen (USG/HSG), Singapore Management University (SMU), Technische Universität München (TUM), Asia Pacific University (APU) and speaker at many conferences and events.
Georg is CPA and Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia (ICDM), Member of the Malaysia Australia Business Council (MABC) and an Executive Council Member of the Economic Club Kuala Lumpur (ECKL). Georg is also a Board Member of the World Digital Chamber. Georg holds an MBA (INSEAD) and a Computer Science degree (Technische Universität München, Germany). Since 2025, Georg is also Advisor to KSI Strategic Institute of Asia Pacific.
Amy found her passion besides Chmiel Global Advisory in starting an In-house Training and Event Management in GoFlex Events where she can help bring all entreprenuers to the next level.

Georg also won the 2022 ASEAN Distinguished Business Leader Lifetime Achievement Award, the 2022 ASEAN Business Excellence Award (KSI), the 2021 Impact Lifetime Achievement Award for Property Excellence, the 2020 C-Suite Leadership Excellence Award (DPI), the 2016 Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Award (APEA) and the 2015 Top Outstanding Leaders Asia Award (ACES) and others.
Amy is the recipient of the 2024 Distinguished Emerging Leader Award in Education and Human Resources Development.
